National Scrapbooking Day was established in 1994 by Creating Memories to mark this wonderful hobby and artform. As scrappers, both paper & digi, we realize the importance of documenting the memories of our families, friends and events of our lives in a creative way. And those of us who are busy with our lives can also use this day as a GREAT EXCUSE TO SCRAP!
