What???
eBay sent me an email today saying that CEC Entertainment, Inc. contacted them that there was a trademark violation in my eBay listing. So, eBay cancelled my Chuck E. Cheese's auction. No pun intended, but I think someone ratted me out! Why would CEC Entertainment, Inc., a multi-million dollar company be interested in my measley $16 layout? Hmmmm, very interesting.

OH my gosh! That is crazy! I'm sorry about that. Sometimes I hate ebay!! GRRRR!
This doesn't necessarily mean anyone ratted (no pun intended)you out but many corp have people who search out such things...licensing isbig business ya know. Who'd think Disney would go after daiycares for showing their movies but that has happened too. CEC also has their own line of scrapbook supplies now to so you are in competition. If they let you do it then they have to let everyone do it.
